We noticed around 20 webMethods connections to Siebel sending information every 60 seconds. However no actual information has been captured from webMethods since there is no data being sent from webMethods to Siebel.
Why do the connections need to be stay connected?
How can the connections go away?
Is there something to be done at webMethods end or at Siebel end?
At webMethods we have the below parameters:

Maximum Pool Size 25
Pool Increment Size 1
Block Timeout (msec) 30000
Expire Timeout (msec) 120000
Startup Retry Count 1
Startup Backoff Timeout (sec) 10
