Unable to view TN Prodile Version 45

The reason could be either the database backup is not done as expected, and also make sure this backup has all the profiles that you have created before are in place.

I am sure something messed up during backup when restoring back.You have to close move and follow up with your DBA’s during this procedure.

Hi RMG,
The tables in the database have all the profiles i am trying to access. Since the error was something like “profile cannot be null” i was wondering if it is because there is no data in Partnerprofilefiled table. What does this table contain.

when you execute this service wm.tn.profile:getProfileSummary are you able to see that particular missing partner profile?

This table Partnerprofilefiled will have some of the Partnerprofile extendedfields values information like (TripleDES,edias1@test.com,IP’s,useremails)especially used for EDIINT processing)

It looks like that TN profile is looking for this data,and the backup is not fully taken on this.
