Unable to view process models in MWS 6.5

Hi,

We have installed IS, MWS 6.5 and Monitor 6.5.1.
We were able to view the business process models in MWS and can enable them.

But we couldn’t view the process instances in MWS. No results were returned from the search, also no errors in the MWS log file.
Process instances are getting exceuted successfully (checked with debug messages and PRT tables).

Problem got resolved. The problem was due to database issues.

I’m having the same problem at the moment, though on 7.1.

Are you able to explain how the problem was resolved?
