I see that the Integration Server version is 10.5 , Can you check if you have installed the latest fixes
From the logs, it appears that there is a null pointer exception in the task engine component, can you provide details of the different products installed. The null pointer may or may not be the problem .
Do you have any other installation without Task Engine that works as expected, we can narrow down the problem this way
In this current installation , you can also check the server logs under <install_dir>/IntegrationServer/instances/<instance_name>/logs if it exists to give you more clues about what went wrong,
From the logs , it looks like the last step when launching IS at 23:27 was Error occurred while initializing server: com.wm.util.coder.InvalidDatatypeException: [ISC.0076.9009] Root element is null at Is the IS process hung after this?
The steps where the ports are initialized are not complete, I’m assuming you are not able to launch the IS Admin UI?
Do you terminate the IS after waiting ? If yes, how?
In the second launch at 03:57 , the last step is Repository Manager started ,is this the last line in the server log?
From the earlier error involving ACLManager, can you try disabling a few custom packages and check , maybe there is an error in either a custom ACL if defined or the ACLs of a custom service.
