Unable to run test suite with mocking service

What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.

Trying to run test suite. Without mock services it’s running fine but when I’m running with mock services it’s getting failed

Please Install latest Unit test Framework fixes for this 10.7 release, apart from IS fixes that you mentioned and give it a try.
