Unable to Fetch Data from tables through wM adapter services

Hi,
Recently we facing problem in wM adapter services.

I am using insert template for adater service. If I reload the adapter services, unable to fetch the data(field names) from tables. We check with our infra team there is no patch or fix was installed recently.

May i know what would be the problem.

“If I reload the adapter services”, what is this mean exactly? What is your patch level in JDBC Adapter and wM Version?

Is it happening for all JDBC adapter service?
