Unable to connect designer 9.12

Hi All,

I tried installing the Designer 9.12, but i am getting the below error.

Connection failed for expdev:5555 (there is no Integration Server on the specified port, or the proxy server is not available)
Connection timed out: connect

I verified the IS server is up

check if there is firewall blocking your connection from the developer to the server (can be on either side).
