Unable to access to document fields from process

Hi people, I have the following problem: From process Designer, I am trying to access to document type fields from differents options such as Subscription Filter, Transitions or Logged Fields but after selecting Document Type I can not see any field.

Did anyone have the same problem?

Hi Marcelo,

which version of Designer are you using?

Did you try to use a DocumentType-Reference instead of DocumentType?

Hi Holger. We have solved it. The problem was that the IS name in preferences configuration was changed (not the host, only the name), so the references in the steps were lost.
