Hi Until 8.2.2 we were using the getBrokerSettings service in WmRoot package to get the ClientPrefix, but now that we have switched to UM, does SAG have any service like the getBrokerSettings to get the ClientPrefix for the UM?

Yes, we have wm.server.messaging:getConnectionAliasReport pass the aliasName as input.
