Uisng SOAP connector inside SOAP service

Hello, I’m new to webmthods
I’m currently using webMethods integration server 10.11
I have a SOAP service WSD (Service_A) which uses a service connector to call another SOAP service (Service_B) but the results of Service_A is always null (SOAP body is empty) even though the connector does return results from Service_B.
is there a missing step required inside Service_A between retrieving the data via connector from Service_B and mapping it to the Service_A response?

What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.
