I NEED TO BUILD A DIALOG MAP TO FILTER ALL COLUMNS AND CREATING A SEARCH BUTTON AS WELL AND SELECTING FILTERED ROWS. I WAS THINKING OF USING TREEVIEW FUNCTIONALITY BUT I DON’T KNOW HOW IT WORKS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE AN EXAMPLE OF A DIALOG THAT USES A TREEVIEW OR SOMETHING SIMILAR IF ANYBODY CAN PLEASE ASSIST. I DO NOT SEE ANY DIALOG HELP ON THE WEB.
Coming from the Mainframe Natural environment, I’m sorry I don’t have any practical experience with the DIALOG functions of Natural for Windows. But in the Natural for Windows documentation on the Tech Community site, there is an article in the Programming Guide for Natural for Windows titled “Working with Tree View Controls”. It contains some program examples & snippets interspersed showing how to use the control.
