Task Charts page is empty

In documentation for product (9.0) I found, that

webMethods Task Engine provide basic task charting on the Task Charts page. This page
contains two default task chart portlets, one displaying the number of all tasks, and one
displaying the number of critical tasks

but in my installation this page is empty…

I tried to check permissions (even when I’m in “My webMethods Administrators” group) and it’s enabled (if disabled I won’t see the link in menu I think)

Any idea what I can check?

I also tried “Creating a Task Chart Portlet” chapter from the same document, but drag and drop is not working for me when I’m logged in as a sysadmin.
