Task Assignment

Hi,

I am creating tasks and assigning taks to the users dynamically.
Sometimes the task is not assigned to the user dynamically (Task Assignment rule is not invoked)and requires a MWS server restart.Can anyone please tell me how to fix this issue without restarting the server.

I believe the same happen also with time events.
