Tamino XML Database

Hello,

I’m a PHD student with the focus on the XML Query Processing. I want to do a performance comparison of commonly used native XML databases. According to db-engines.com, one of the most commonly used database is “webMethods Tamino”. Unfortunatelly, I’m not able to find any official information about this product or any link, where to download some trial version.

Is this product still alive or is it a part of another product?

AFAIK there is no trial Tamino DB, however, you can find docs at http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation/webmethods/tamino/tamino_vers.htm
