Siebel Adapter is not getting enabled when the integration server restarted by cron

Hello all,

we are currently facing an issue in webMethods 8.0. When we are restarting manually from unix console its working fine. But when we are restarting the server via cron job, siebel adapter is not getting enabled automatically. Can someone put some light on this issue.

We are getting the below error in logs,
