If a user is taking to long time to get into the services tab When MWS is up and running fine what might be the issue, how can we avoid it?
Also is it possible to kill that session of that user.

Hi,
You can have a check at MWS logs and see what is happening.
You can logout and login again see if that works for you.
Could be multiple factors. To start investigation:
- Use different browsers to test the performance. [Check the compatibility of MWS version with Browser Version].
- Check the client and server machine n/w bandwidth.
- Check load on client machine
- Check the uptime of MWS. Reboot if required.
