Services tab in MWS is not displaying data

Hi,

I haven’t enabled both .But, these two parameters are not enabled in Prod too but it works fine there.

The data is not getting inserted iin wmservice_min_max in staging whereas it is getting inserted in prod.

Hi Sathya,

please check the following:

Are required Fixes applied?
SCG_Audit
SCG_DataDirect
DC_DBS

Does the Schema contain the table WMSERVICE_MIN_MAX?

I am not sure about the fixes but the table do exist in the schema.

Also, the fixes are same across all environments.

Hi Sathya,

you can get a list of applied Fixes via UpdateManager (choose option “View installed Fixes”).

When DC_DBS_Fix is applied, the DB Configurator needs to be run again to apply the scripts to the database using the migrate option.

An additional Fix to be checked is SCG_LWQ fix.

Are there any database related error messages in server log or error log at the time when the auditing is occurring?
