send email on SendMsg:ERROR

We are using an old version of wM (6.5).

A few times a month we receive an Internal Server Error 500 when trying to send to a customer via AS2. The message status becomes “SendMsg:ERROR”. This can also happen when the customer is down (connection failure). Regardless of what causes the error, is there a simple way to receive an email immediately when one of these errors happens?

not the most advanced with wM, so specific instructions on where to set this up would be appreciated.

You can write a service, schedule it. Service connect to TN Db, finds any failure transactions and triggers your team.
