Hi Kevin,
From your posting i see that no error or exception is thrown while you are invoking the adapter service.
So please check whether the header and line data that is mapped to the input of adapter service contain appropriate values. And one more thing what i wanted to know is, whether records matching to input X and Y values are available in the DB.
