Hi,
I was trying to log the details, when the SAP connection was deleted.
Currently I don’t find any information when the connection is deleted, but I see entries when the connection is enabled and disabled.
Can you please help me in knowing, which setting of Logging will resolve this ?

Seems IS doesn’t log such event.
you may use the ART services:
WmART/pub.art.connection:listAdapterConnections
to create a monitor service on the connections you care about.
or you may open a ticket with SAG.
yes that would be the best bet in the event of deleted connection by some one else or mistakenly.
