I have a scenario where i need to invoke the SAP Function module using the Synchronous RFC call and we need to get the reply document. Can any one tell me how to do this?

Have you reviewed any of the documentation? You should be able to find what you’re after in the wM-supplied docs.

all you need is to create adapter(SAP Adapter) to call SAP function.
But first you should provide listener(RFC listener) and connection(adapter notification) between wM-SAP.
for further information and complete how to configure SAP Adapter, maybe you can check the documentation. just read it ^^.
