RosettaNet in webmethods

Hi All,
I am new to RosettaNet standards included in the webMethods server. I went through the documents, but i am not clear on some basic stuff.

  1. Can somebody help me in understanding what is RosettaNet standard all about ?
  2. What are the advatages of using RosettaNet over BizTalk or cXML standard?.
