Reg: Transaction Details are loading slowly

Hello Experts,

In MWS after clicking on Transaction DateReceived, Transaction Details are loading slowly.

Can you please suggest here.

Hi Ramanjaneyulu,

loading time varies dependent on the size of the table and the filter criteria specified for the search.

If there is old data which you do not need longer, you might want to clean this up with wm.tn.archive:archive or wm.tn.archive:extendedArchive.

Thank you for the suggestion.

Already we have the wm.tn.archive:extendedArchive. criteria to archive after 90days and delete after 180days.

Transactions are loading properly, but coming to transaction details like as Activity Log, Attributes, Tasks, content These tabs are loading slowly.

Can you please suggest here.
