quartz scheduler : Allow specific jobs or group execution per thread count/limit

Need help… we have the exact same use case that is mentioned in the https://jira.terracotta.org/jira/browse/QTZ-258.

Since this feature is in open status from last 4 years, we wanted to know if this is taken care? If yes how do we implement this?

NOTE:
We use quartz scheduler 2.0.2 + quartz manager from terracotta.
