I am calling two https sites with two different sets of security keys. I am doing this call within the same session. However, IS holds onto the first set of keys even though I use pub.security:clearKeyAndChain after I have finished making the call to site A…it uses the security keys for site B.

Is client B using your default keys? Or you are using setKeyandChain again? Also, what version of IS and OS.
