Problem viewing a wsdl

Hi ,

I have created a provider WSD for one of the existing flow services and trying to view the wsdl for the same.

The browser returns me a error "The namespace prefix is not allowed to start with the reserved string “xml”. Error processing resource 'http://localhost:yyyy/…
"

Is there any other way of viewing a wsdl in Webm 7.1. Please suggest.

Thanks

Why not just fix the root cause of the issue by renaming your namespace to something that does not start with “xml”?

Mark

Thanks Mark … That sure did resolve the issue.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue. problem is I checked the namespace and dint see xml there.

Thanks

have you checked each and every variable in input and output tab

Hi,

I have created a provider for my service. In properties tab , I can get the WSDL url. but while trying to open that I get the below error -

"The namespace prefix is not allowed to start with the reserved string “xml”.

I checked the Namespace also in properties tab but couldn’t see any xml tag there. Now this is the service that I have created and I am not able to see wsdl to which I have access. I can see following Namespace-

tns
HDR1
http
soap12
mime
soapenc
xsd
soap
HDR2
wsdl

Is any of them causing issue ?

Hi,

To view the wsdl, just download one sample wsdl from : [URL]Microsoft Learn: Build skills that open doors in your career and try it
I think it’ll work out. Then you can analyse your wsdl you are importing and go ahead.

If still, you will face the issue, probably you can provide your wsdl here, experts can advise you better.
