Permissions in MWS Transactions screen

Hi All,

we want to give some of our non IT people access to MWS so that they can check for inbound/outbound transmissions by their own.
I managed to setup a user in MWS that has only permission to access Transactions screen after login, all other permission are denied. The problem is, that in transactions screen the user is still able to reprocess/resubmit documents. Is there a way to revoke that permission in transactions screen also ?
The user not member of any administrator group or role.

Yes… there is an option to create a user without admin privileges. User can only view the transactions but they will not be able to resubmit/reprocess the transactions.
