We are going to use WebSphere MQ Adapter in our integration solution and we have faced with the following support issue.
WebSphere MQ Adapter6 requires installed IBM PCF Java classes from the MS0B SuportPac. As it follows from the MS0B description (http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=203&uid=swg240;000668&loc=en_US&;&cs=utf-8&l;lang=en):
“Category 2 SupportPacs are provided in good faith and AS-IS. There is no warranty or further service implied or committed and any supplied sample code is not supported via IBM product service channels.”
We have strong recomendation to use supported software only in our infrastructure. Since IBM does not provide support for PCF Java classes, and if webMethods MQ Adapter requires it, do you provide appropriate support for it?
