Optmize MAP

Hi, I have a problem with MAP in the Optimize. I can´t see the menu in the left side of the screen and the message “No model data avaliable for display” appears at the center of screen

The documentation say:

“…Note: If you have not deployed a data collection agent that collects system data, such as the
webMethods Enterprise or OMI DCAs, this page will be blank. …”

And I have this itens without status “Deployed”

  • Snmp Agent
  • webMethods OMI Monitor Agent
  • webMethods OMI Topology Agent

Can it be the cause of my problem?

Ok. But now … how can i change the status of:

  • Snmp Agent
  • webMethods OMI Monitor Agent
  • webMethods OMI Topology Agent

to Deployed?

The complete instructions for deploying agents is in the “webMethods BAM Administrator’s Guide.” Basically you need to extract the appropriate properties file(s) from default.jar of the controller, edit them as necessary, then start up a satellite on another server. The satellite contacts the controller and controller deploys the agent(s) as indicated by the properties files.

If an agent won’t deploy to a satellite, check the satellite config and the controller config per the info in the Administrator’s Guide.
