HI All,
I am facing an issue recently we got migrated from 8x version to 9x, we are having few provider WSD which we are not able to open, when we try to open in designer it seems to be in “Not Responding State”.
Can someone please help me if faced same kind of issue.

As you are saying there was a migration, Can you please go to the file system and check your Provider node.ndf for below highlighted tag in RED?
If not present, then please add the same, reload the package and try to open in designer again.
SOFTWAREAG_INSTALLATION/IntegrationServer/instances/default/packages/PACKAGE_NAME/ns/PACKAGE_NAME/FOLDER/WS_PROVIER/node.ndf

Have a tried restarting IS or reloading package after updating properties in node.ndf? If you tried and it still didn’t work then could you make Xerces ‘false’ and try restart/reload again?

I tried the above mentioned ways also nothing helps …
