we have created a jms connection alias and from time to time (we haven’t found any pattern as yet) we start getting the following error:

This message will only disappear by bouncing the server.
after some investigation I’ve found out that the problem is related to network problems. I have installed an IS on my pc and configured the JNDI settings and the jms connection alias. As soon as I remove the network cable I see errors on the logs. Then, I set the cable again but the “no pong received” message doesn’t get away.
