I noticed that there is as new floating widget showing up in the most recent versions of my web application on the bottom right of my screen.
How can I remove it (or at least hide it) from my application?
When was it deployed? I take it this was released in a recent version of the Cumulocity platform.

as Robert mentioned, you can switch this feature on or off by navigating to “Enable in-product information & communication” in the user settings, located in the right drawer.
