Why are you interested in the lock file? What problem are you attempting to solve? Have you found the search function in wMUsers, yet?

I wonder what’s going on. This is the third person to ask this exact question in the past two days. Seems odd.
Anyway, LOCKFILE is there to prevent user from starting more than one instance of IS from same install directory.
