Natural 3.1.6 z/OS 1.6

Good day,

We are looking at the possibility of upgrading the Z/Os machine from 1.4 to 1.6 while running Natural 3.1.6, Adabas 7.1.3, Predict 4.3.2 and Construct 4.5.2. What are the potential dangers to this?
