MWS Installation Error

Hello … I am getting this error when I am starting MWS .

did you get this issue resolved? I have the same problem. Can you please let me know how you fixed it?

The MWS is quirky thing.

If this is a fresh installation. I’d suggest uninstalling the MWS and the MWS database component and reinstall. Make sure to complete remove the MWS folder.

I’ve noticed this error once or twice after patching the MWS. Typically I found I forgot to change ownership or permissions of the patch files to my system user.

I am getting this issue after patching MWS from 8.2.1_Fix10 to 8.2.1_Fix11 or 8.2.1_Fix12.

The MWS is not starting due to this issue and the IS shows an error when trying to connect to CentralUsers-Management.
