MWS Broker Client Queue Issue

[INDENT] In MWS we are receiving an error while browsing the client Queue.
The error is
Queue Browser Error (281-1806): The client queue is exhausted; there are no more events to return.
The queue shows 2362 messages but when I say Browse messages after locking the queue it gives that error.
I have checked the Triggers as well on IS but the triggers are OK.

Please could I get a solution.
In techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation I could see the description of the error but it is not satisfactory.

Queue Browser Error (281-1806): The client queue is exhausted; there are no more events to return.
Cause: An attempt was made to browse past the queue length on the client queue.
Response: Make sure that the queue position is set to a valid position before issuing a browse request.

Thanks for te reply.
I have been through this document earlier before posting the message.
But If I change the start position nothing happens.
It seems that there is nothing in the queue. In last month we had a Broker corruption and I suspect that due to that the Queue is showing invalid data, but I am not 100% sure.
