MW Upgrade 7.1 to 8.0 and SAP Adapter6.5 to 7.1 issue (SAP Fields missing)

We are migrated from Webmethods7.1 to 8.0 with the SAP Adapter 6.5 to 7.1. we are facing some issues with the FI IDOC’s PEXR2002. There are couple of fields are missing in the webMethods at some point. webMethods is receiving the IDOC properly but when it is converting to string using [FONT=Arial][SIZE=4][FONT=Arial][SIZE=4]pub.sap.idoc:encodeString [/size][/font]

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=4]the string is not returning all the field values. Some fields are missing.

This is working in Webmethods7.1 with the SAP Adapter6.5.
If anybody faced these issues please advice us how to resolve this. [/SIZE][/FONT][/SIZE][/FONT]

What JCO version and IDOC library version are you running on with SAP Adapter?

Also try to search on Empower site KB see if they have resolved any of this issue:

Thanks for your response. JCO Version is : 3.0.6. I could not able to find anything in Empower. If you get anything please let me know

Why are you using this service in the receiving end instead of listener notiication processing based?
