When a firewall is between WM and MQ, we get these errors several times a day. When reprocessed, works fine. What can I look at? I’m fairly new to WM.

In dev and qual, we removed the FW. This is prod and we cannot remove it. this has been going on over a year. just upgraded prod to WM9.7. Thanks for any input!! Gina
