Login failed on CentraSite: INMBAE0001:The reason could be an incorrect credentials or DB access err

Hi,
Recently I setup CentraSite on Linux box. I was able to login with administrator user.
But, Now getting error on login. This login failure started after sudden power down to the linux box.

Some of my work done :-

  • I started CentraSite service but got error:-

[root@/opt/softwareag/CentraSite/bin]# ./CentraSiteRR start
INODST1751: Start of CentraSite server startup processing version 9.0 on Linux x86_64
INODSI2271: Start server ‘CentraSite’
INODSE2274: Server died during startup
INODSF1436: Terminated with errors

  • The error on browser/ on login page
    INMBAE0001: Login failed. The reason could be an incorrect username and/or password, or a database access error.

  • Also, i got logs from INSTALL_DIR/profiles/CTP/logs/sag-osgi.log

  • In the same logs i found another error msg. This is coming for each second.

[com.softwareag.eda.nerv.impl.util.component.ComponentUpdater] 2014-01-29 03:35:18,097 INFO : A configuration change in NERV component ‘nervDefaultJMS’ has been detected.

  • Following services are present in /etc/init.d
    sag1ctp90 sag1spm90 saslauthd

  • Another services like Software ag and tomcat are running.

profiles/CTP/bin/sagctp90.sh start
Starting Software AG Runtime 9.0…
Software AG Runtime 9.0 is already running.

If anybody has any idea why this service is failed to start, plz help me.

It looks that installation got corrupted due to power outage. I suggest to re-install.

Ok. I will do re-installation. But before that could we try to recover this damage set-up…
I mean m keeping hope bcoz at least i can access login page and some are services are already running.
Is thr any any to recover this damage files or any thing else ?
