Do you know why below issue is happening?

seems to be DB is not reachable or taking long time to do operation.what is the volume of data inserted or updated in below notification?

Thanks for the reply. After the restart of QA instance it automatically took care of this issue. Volume of data was not significant. Looks like memory issue.
