JMS and BPM publication

Hi
I try to use JMS for my message publication with BPM.
When I use the service PRT.jms:send my publication is done but when i use the pub.jms:send my publication is done so i can see it in my webMethods server ( process instance) but i can’t see my instance in process instance (My webMethods server).
How can we explain it??
