how can i use the notifications with views instead of tables. Tables can not be granted due to confidential information.

We don’t support views with notifications. As the
database trigger can’t be created with Views.
You can configure one Basic Notification. This notification doesn’t define any database trigger, the notification performs a regular polling to the database.
I have one configured basic notification configured in an oracle DB and it’s working.
