java.io.EOFException: Connection closed by remote host

Hello Gurus,

I am an absolute beginner in work with SAP BC (webMethods).

I have the following problem.

I imported a WSDL file (with SAPBC Developer were generated flow services).

If I start now login- services to a HTTP- address, then everything functions perfectly.

I would like now however to one https- address login- services send come the error message: java.io.EOFException: Connection closed by remote host.

Here the error-log:
java.io.EOFException: Connection closed by remote host.

P.S.: BC is the Client.

Hi,
This problem occurs whne the remote host closes the connection adruptly. Try to check the access rules on the remote system, whether your webMethods server has enough access to establish a connection and hold it until the transaction is completed?.
