ScheduledSweep services is not Repeating for the some of the interfaces, for Example X nterface ScheduledSweep interval is 900 seconds, even though next run is always is showing 0.0 seconds.

What version of the Integration server are you using? Did you start seeing this issue after a restart of the IS? in 6.1 there was an option called “Persist after restart”. Check this option so that after a restart the scheduled task will start immediately.
Also there is another property called as “Repeat from end of invocation”, this will make sure that the next run does not start until the first run finishes. You might want to try unchecking it for test purpose.
