Issue with Remedy Adapter

Hi Team,

While creating connection for “remedy adapter” Iam not able to enable the connection.Could anyone provide me the parameters required for enabling the connection.
Is it necessary to install the remedy server on premise or can we provide the details of remedy server in cloud.
We are using webMethods 10.3 version.

Please take a look at page 38 of webMethods Adapters System Requirements(ASR) document at Based on it, it seems supporting from BMC AR system 7.1 to 9.0 on premise. If you need to confirm whether it supports cloud version, please raise a support incident to Global Support to request them check with product management team.
