Issue in receiving the iDoc from SAP

Hi,
I am facing an issue in receiving the iDoc from SAP.
I have the proper connection, listener and listener notification configured and enabled.

But the iDoc was not received in IS. I checked the Transaction logs.
The transaction status shows current status as “Rolled Back”

Also, i checked the Logging

I am getting the following errors in those logs.

handle = 7
text = RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: IDocException occurred
RfcException: [saenad20.europe.nokia.com|a_rfc]
message: IDocException occurred
Return code: RFC_FAILURE(1)

I went through a similar kind of forum where there was a mention about the jar files.

webMethods
\IntegrationServer\lib:-
librfc32.dll
sapjcorfc.dll

I dont have these files in the lib folder. Will this be a major reason for this? Is it mandatory?

Can anyone please advice?

I think, if you get this far (listener successfully started), then you must have the two DLLs in your system. Because RFC DOES NOT WORK without them at all…

Look into the error.log on webMethods side. There must be a full stacktrace for that “IDocException” somewhere. The detail message of that exception should tell us what’s wrong.

What was the resolution to this problem?
I too am facing the same issue. RFCs with SAP are working.
But listener to IDOC gives the below error.

text = IDoc no. ???†??? of control table row 0 does not match IDoc no. ??? of data table row 0.
