One of our customer of webMethods 6.5 has the following issue.
Please sincerely provide technical reasons for this IS hang-up.
- With IS Admin, set newly the Broker Server on the computer which IS can NOT reach.
- Shut down IS but IS hung up. The message in “server.log” is only as below.
2017-07-26 19:33:42 JST [ISS.0014.0005C] Shutting down server. User requested.
(By killing the process of IS, they can restart IS.)
