IS_UM_CONNECTION is not enabling

Hi Team,

We are trying to enable the IS_UM_CONNECTION connection, UM is in the cluster environment, and when we try to enable the ‘IS_UM_CONNECTION’ getting the below error, we have checked UM SAG service is also running on both UM server nodes.

After updating the Relam URL to cluster listener on port 9000, the connection is not enabled.

Could you please help how to fix this issue?

Hi,

Please check the server URL you are using with connection alias ? if your UM cluster servers running on different host you must use the host name.

Without enough details its not possible to help much.

Click on IS_UM_CONNECTION, and show us the details of the configuration.

This issue is fixed after removing the firewall restrictions from the network team and whitelisting the 9000 port. Thank you
