and also can u tell that Enterprise server and integration server r the same

The old IS clustering solution used a “repository” which was just a set of DB tables. In 7.x this was replaced by the in-memory facility you mention.

Enterprise Server is an old name for Broker Server. It is not the same as Integration Server.
