IS is not coming up

Hi All,

All of a sudden my IS is not coming up. Till yesterday it was running fine, I shutdown it on yesterday and when i tried to make it up today,its not coming up. The details are as below, kindly help me to resolve this.

I see your wM version is 7.1.2…

Did you try deleting the lockfile and then restart.

Where is your IS installed? Win/Unix,Linux?

If Windows, did you install as application/service?

Mahesh, thanks for your prompt resp.

I deleted lock file and tried to start it a couple of times but no use. And i have installed IS 6 month ago and till yesterday I didn’t see any issues. IS is been installed on Windows8.

Did you install webMethods as application/service on Windows 8. I see your IS was up and running still yesterday did you install any other application like webSphere MQ or others…

Can you go to IS/bin/ and execute the batch file manually.

I have installed IS as an appilcation and yesterday I didn’t do any changes/didn’t install any App Servers like MQ,…

When you click on server.bat, do you see any logs/messages.

If all else fails then try starting the IS in safe mode and see if you can get it up and running.

In logs i found the below details :

Did you copy the JDBC folder from backup to actual location ? Is that fix the issue or did you perform anything else ?
